Le Spa du Metropole

Le Spa du Metropole occupies about 400 square metres inside the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, the French-colonial landmark hotel on Ngo Quyen Street in the Hoan Kiem district. The spa looks out over the hotel's garden courtyard and pool. It soft-opened in late 2009 and fully opened in early 2010, timed with Hanoi's 1,000th anniversary celebrations, and today it welcomes hotel guests, Hanoi residents and visitors staying elsewhere.

The facility has two themed couples' suites, six individually designed single suites, a manicure and pedicure booth, and a humid zone with a steam bath. Treatments combine Eastern holistic rituals with Western techniques and use professional product lines including Sothys and Anne Semonin. The spa is scented with its own signature fragrances inspired by Vietnam and the Indochina era, and curated music plays in each area.

Le Spa du Metropole is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00, with the last session starting by 20:30. Published prices are quoted as 'from VND 1,500,000++', meaning service charge and tax are added on top. In 2026 the spa was named Vietnam's Best Hotel Spa in the Tatler Best of Vietnam awards and launched a 90-minute anniversary ritual, Sensations Orientales. Bookings require at least four hours' notice to cancel without a 50 percent fee.
