Orient Spa Hanoi

Orient Spa Hanoi is a small chain founded in 2017 with four branches in the Hoan Kiem district: the Cathedral branch at 26 Au Trieu beside St Joseph's Cathedral, the Old Quarter branch at 113 Hang Bong, the Train Street branch at 36 Phung Hung and La Flora Spa & Nails at 22 Au Trieu. The Au Trieu cathedral branch is the one most reviewers refer to and the address on the main Google listing.

The published menu covers aromatherapy, Thai, deep-tissue and hot-stone massages in 60, 75 and 90-minute lengths, a 4-in-1 ORI Signature massage that moves through Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and Japanese techniques, foot massages with or without hot stones, head massages and hair-wash rituals, facials, body scrubs and wraps, nail care and longer combination packages. Every branch has single, double and triple treatment rooms, with capacities of roughly 15 to 21 guests.

All branches open daily from 10:00 to 22:00, with the last 60-minute booking at 20:30. The spa accepts major credit and debit cards and takes reservations through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk and its website, which is published in English and Korean. Group bookings of ten or more are handled by direct contact. Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong and sit in Hanoi's mid-budget range.
