Our take
A calm, fairly priced lane-side spa where visually impaired therapists do the work; ask explicitly for firm pressure if you want it.
Midori Spa operates two branches on Ngo Huyen, a narrow lane beside St Joseph's Cathedral in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem District, with Midori 1 at number 60 and Midori 2 at number 29. The spa presents itself as a team of professional visually impaired therapists and is described in guides as a social enterprise that trains and employs blind Vietnamese as masseurs with support from the Vietnam Blind Association.
The menu is built around Vietnamese traditional therapies. Body work includes Vietnamese, Swedish, Thai oil, sport and shiatsu massages from 60 to 120 minutes, a signature Midori combination massage from 75 minutes, warm stone treatments, and a 30-minute Indian back, neck and shoulder massage. Foot options run from a 30-minute foot massage to a foot treatment with scrub and paraffin mask, and the spa also offers facials, body scrubs, nails and waxing.
Published prices start at 200,000 VND for a 30-minute foot massage and 320,000 VND for a 60-minute Vietnamese or Swedish massage, with most body treatments between 320,000 and 640,000 VND. Bookings are taken by phone, WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and Viber, and the website notes the last appointment is available before 10pm.
Midori Spa is one of 20 spas in Hanoi listed here, and one of 11 in Hoàn Kiếm. Compare it with the full directory or the nearby spas below.

60 Ngo Huyen, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. Densest spa strip in the city — great value, wildly uneven quality.
