L'essence Spa

L'essence Spa traces its origins to a small spa opened in Hanoi's Old Quarter at the end of 2015 and has since grown into a boutique group with sister branches L'essence De La Vie Spa and La Belle Vie Spa, all in the Old Quarter. The flagship at 36 Dinh Liet Street in Hang Bac Ward opens daily from 8am until 2:30am, making it one of the latest-closing spas near Hoan Kiem Lake.

The menu covers signature full-body treatments including L'essence Unique and Signature massages, herbal, hot stone and bamboo massages, four-hands options, no-oil Judo and Thai therapies, Vietnamese traditional massage, aroma therapy, prenatal relaxation and children's care, alongside foot reflexology, facials, scrubs and wraps. A separate category offers hair washing, a herbal bathtub, jacuzzi and steam, and high-end Matrix rituals sit at the top of the price list.

Prices are quoted plus service charge and VAT, with 60-minute body massages from 790,000 VND for aroma therapy. The spa provides a complimentary lunch or dinner with treatments of 120 minutes or more and sells shorter massage-with-meal combos through booking platforms. Staff support English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and French, and reservations can be made by phone, Zalo or WhatsApp.
